Rie Nakajima is a Japanese sound artist living in London. In her installations and performances she responds to the physical qualities of spaces by using found objects and motorized devices. Sonorous textures, acoustic reflection, chance and silence are central to her minimalist approach. For Hear Here, Nakajima will create an in situ work for the serene 18th-century pavilion of Jansenius Park. Enter the turret and get all zen by just listening.
